Chicago Special Hockey Zoom Work Outs / Virtual Practices

Welcome to the 2022-2023 Season!

WHEN: Every Monday Evening starting September 12th @ 5:30pm

*** Workouts last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour

*** Workouts change every week!

*** Workouts include stick handling drills, strength, cardio, stretching, flexibility, agility and core exercises.

WHO: Coach Wayne, Assistant Zach (#40) & Coach Michelle

*** Zoom workouts are for all Players, Coaches, Jr. Coaches and Volunteers of the Chicago Special Hockey Team. Family members, Guardians &/or Caregivers are ALL are welcome to participate! We hope to see you online!

*** ALL Ability levels may participate! Coach Wayne maintains a pace everyone can keep and all exercises come with a modified version if you need!

*** ANY EXERCISE IS BETTER THAN NO EXERCISE!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: STICK, WATER, TOWEL

*** NO WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED
